JOB DESCRIPTION
- Search and select potential customers in the field of real estate leasing and investment;
- Consult, perform customer care, take customers to visit the project (Land and housing rental);
- Promote brokerage, coordinate with related departments in monitoring, negotiating, organizing contract signing;
- Develop customer network - data and report to superiors when requested;
- Survey the market and level of competition to update knowledge for work;
- Make periodic reports according to company regulations;
- Perform other arising tasks assigned by management;
- Contribute ideas and improve service quality, quality of operation, and competitiveness of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female, aged 18-30, with intermediate level or higher
- Passionate about business, enthusiastic, diligent in work
- Confident in communication, persuasive, flexible in behavior
- Able to work independently or in a group
- Have a laptop, means of transportation for work
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the fields of Real Estate, Sales, Sales
